It’s been a fun few months!
In September, I moderated a panel at the Brooklyn Book Festival with superstar authors Lauren Tarshis (I Survived…), Kazu Kibuishi (Amulet), and George O’Connor (The Olympians)… and then in October I flew to Austin for the Texas Book Festival, where I was on a panel with MORE superstar authors: Rebecca Stead (Goodbye Stranger, When You Reach Me) and Nikki Loftin (Wish Girl). In between, I got to talk to a group of young writers at Penguin Bookshop — the local paper wrote about it! — and at the Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh.
Some photo albums below, and more to come!
Big hugs to everyone who has come to these events, and an even bigger — huge — hugs and thanks to the organizers who invited me and the authors who were kind enough to share their spotlight and bring the crowds!
