“NO BOOK IS REALLY WORTH READING AT THE AGE OF TEN WHICH IS NOT EQUALLY (AND OFTEN FAR MORE) WORTH READING AT THE AGE OF FIFTY” – C.S. LEWIS

For the past few years I’ve been tracking down early editions of books I had on my childhood bookshelf. Some of my favorite authors as a kid were Daniel Pinkwater, Jean Craighead George, and Brian Jacques… and those are still some of my favorite authors! Sometimes I’ll order books from overseas, or I’ll find retired library books and clean them up. I don’t always remember to take pictures — so far I think I’ve taken pictures of about half of them — but when I do, I’ll post them here or on Instagram. This has been a really fun and kind of expensive hobby, and I think I’ll probably write more about it some day.
