Writing a book means spending a lot of time in from of a computer screen, so I always try to squeeze a little outside adventure into my days whenever I can. Sometimes that means zip lining through West Virginia or riding bikes all around New York City (the ride from Greenpoint to Rockaway Beach is my favorite!)… but lots of times just trying to spot mushrooms and chipmunks in the woods by my house is adventure enough 🙂
